General Purpose of Job

The role is designed to facilitate the use and adoption by the LFG distribution team of the LFG CRM tool.  The administrator will be responsible for the configuration of the tool, data scrubbing for accuracy, and reporting of the CRM tool as well as ensuring that performance gaps within the tool are identified and solutions to close gaps are provided.
