Some accounts are locked and I cannot see them. I am the systems adminsitrator and I need to be able to access every account.

What might be the reason any permission or sharing rules.

Hi All,

Few users are not receiving approval assignment emails.

users that they are not receiving approval emails.

I have verified the user information, backup approver and other profile aspects. everything looks perfect.

 Any one kindly advise.

Generate a document or open a document that has already been generated.

Users are reporting receiving a malformed query error when trying to open documents that have already been generated. Once the users close the error message, they are able to proceed. The issue is not happening every time a document is opened.

Anyone please guide me on this

    When i am going to install a licenced package in my salesforce account i am getting a given error even i have system Admin access. ERROR : There was a problem with Authentication attempt. please try again. If yoiu continue to encounter problems, contact your system Administarator.
