Some standard fields cannot be renamed. Even if I edit it, it is not reflecting?

I tried editing standard fields in contact standard object. I edited. but, it is not reflecting. Please help me out to sort this. 

Note : The fields which have yellow background is not reflecting.

How to give upload image field in the tab?

I am supposed to give an option like, upload the user photo. How can I achieve this?

The user who enters the data should upload his passport size photo and submit.
