Bulk data error "Rejected: npsp.TDTM_Contact: System.LimitException: Apex CPU time limit exceeded"

I have tried everything that people have suggested in other posts and nothing is workig. I cannot import Contact data because I keep getting this error.

Any insight?

When i try to import with apsona i get an error message unless the batch size is super low (20 or so): "Rejected: npsp.TDTM_Contact: System.LimitException: Apex CPU time limit exceeded". ANyone have any ideas
