What if the user deletes the scheduled jobs that runs daily.Will it run for the next day?

(or) the suer has to start the job again to get run for the future dates?

I have developed a appliocation.
Now, my requirement is, I want change my profile picture like how we will change in Facebook, Gmail, Twitter etc.,
Please give me some approach how can I do this?
If anyone has code already please share to me, It will be more helpful.
