HI, am receiving the following error message when making any changes to an opportunity:

Error: Invalid Data. 
Review all error messages below to correct your data.
Apex trigger OpportunityTriggers caused an unexpected exception, contact your administrator: OpportunityTriggers: execution of AfterUpdate caused by: System.NullPointerException: Attempt to de-reference a null object: Class.OpportunityTriggerHandler.closeOpportunitiesWithSameSpaceController: line 424, column 1.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

I have been receiving email delivery failure messages just recently when emailing to salesforce.  Error message as follows: A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error.

The following address(es) failed:  >>> document_scans@j-2snchpn57ivqlukw9ajadowmd60db91j615mz7jcv61sg1x5yp.9-l2xqeaq.9.apex.salesforce.com (Undelivered): 550 Address owner is inactive: document_scans@j-2snchpn57ivqlukw9ajadowmd60db91j615mz7jcv61sg1x5yp.9-l2xqeaq.9.apex.salesforce.com.

any suggestions on how to troubleshoot / or any ideas how to resolve?
