Deletion of MS Outlook items will be careful into these two aspects- Hard and Soft Deletion.

Soft Deleted Item’s: When you just click on e-mail and move it to Deleted stuffs folder, this term is Soft deletion. These stuffs can be easily recover while they were momentarily removed and customer can quickly shift these products from one position to another by dragging and dropping item. Soft deleted products will be seems to be as recoverable items.
PST Recovery
Hard Deleted Items: When you want to remove chosen products and holds down shift button and press the delete button (Shift+DEL), this procedure is known as HARD Deleted. When you hard deleted an e-mail products then it will not appear in "Deleted items" folder.
