We have installed the Trailhead Tracker App to help drive adoption within our team, however, some of our team members have Trailhead accounts that are not directly associated to our main Salesforce Org. Some team members have created Trailhead accounts that are associated with their personal email or with other Production orgs in our environment. 
Is there a way for us to configure the Trailhead profiles so that they will be included in our orgs Trailhead Tracker? Or is the only solution to merge the account with one that is associated with the Org containing the Trailhead Tracker? 

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.ListException: List index out of bounds: 0

Please help.  Error comes up when trying to do the Advanced Admin Trail module > Process Automation > "Routing Records with Approvals".  

I really want to complete this challenge - please help asap.  Thanks!
