I can't pass the Approval Process challenge because "No approval chatter post is created when a case is submitted for approval." I have verified that approvals are enabled in Chatter Settings, feed tracking is enabled for the 'Case' object, and the approval process has been created for the 'Case' object. There is no entry criteria and the name for the approval process is 'Case Escalation'. Really not sure what I'm missing here and can't find any solutions in the lesson itself or the SF kcs articles. Thanks so much in advance. I bet it's an obvious solution, but this has me so stumped!

The error I keep recieving is this:
Challenge not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.DmlException: Process failed. First exception on row 0; first error: NO_APPLICABLE_PROCESS, No applicable approval process was found.:

When I try to complete this challenge I get the error.

I enabled chatter approvals, and the case object has chatter feed tracking on.

I created an approval process called Case escalation on the case object. I dont have any entry criteria but I dont know how to set the approver as me.

Not sure how to set it so that approval request notifications get posted to the chatter feed.

Any help is appreciated!
