On behalf of Camso (Charlotte - North Carolina), we are currently looking for a talented Salesforce Developer who will be appointed as IT Project Manager - Solutions Development.
Reporting to the Sales and Customer Service Solutions Director, the selected candidate is responsible for managing and coordinating project activities within a multidisciplinary team. 

The position is dual role, with the candidate also being responsible for working within the delivery team utilising their Salesforce expertise while learning other disciplines e.g. ERP, Middleware tools.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead project development and ensure timeline is respected;
  • Coordinate planned activities with team members to ensure the execution of IT solutions;
  • Report to project advancement and possible issues;
  • Analyze new IT requirements and ensure project activities are being executed;
  • Participate in the validation of the solutions architecture and development; 
  • Create user hierarchies to meet business and reporting demands;
  • Setup security settings within Salesforce (Configuring Security Settings, Monitoring Security, reviewing Apex and Visual Force developments for vulnerabilities);
  • Creates an environment conductive to team autonomy and performance;
  • Lead and Manage the performance of the IT Project team members;
  • Promotes improvement initiatives and IT solutions best practices;
  • Facilitate new process implementation and sustainability;
  • Manage IT members and ensures roles are clear and the workload is well balanced;
  • Creates an environment conductive to team self-organization and autonomy;
  • Plan and facilitate team members’ skill development in order to enlarge their expertise and teamwork abilities;
  • Oversee the team’s priorities according to project needs and guidelines;
  • Shield the team from external interference and distractions to keep it in group flow;
  • Coach team members on lean/Agile methods and practices, and act as a‘‘Scrum Master’’.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System or any related discipline. A degree in Business Administration or training in Business Administration or Finance would be an asset;
  • 3+ years Java or C# development experience, and 3+ years web application development experience, including solid experience with Java or C#, as well as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS;
  • Proficiency in HTML, XML, and JSON, JQuery as well as enterprise and partner WSDL, REST integration development, and SOAP-based web services
  • 3 years of experience in managing a Team;
  • Certified Salesforce Developer;
  • Salesforce specific skills;
  • Experience with Agile development practices is an asset (Scrum Master role).
