Apex/LDS - Create Work Plan Record with Custom Code

I have a LWC component where I create a Work Order using UIAPI - ( CreateRecord function ). At the same time, I need to create a Work Plan/Step that attaches with the newly created Work Order.

Does anyone have an idea how to achieve this in a LWC Component using custom code ?

In my mobile app, users log in using their Salesforce ID/PW & OAuth.

The login URL is xxxx.cloudforce.com (not login.salesforce.com)

At some point (probably after the Winter'24 release), the following error is returned in the OAuth2 callback URL.
myapp:///mobilesdk.dev/detect/oauth/done?error=LOGIN_ERROR_RESTR_DOMAIN&error_description=authorization+page+must+be+loaded+from+initial+domain&state=mystate

Has something destructive changed, or what can you tell from the error message?

Invalid EmbeddedServiceConfig DeveloperName

Hello Everyone,
I'm developing a native integration with the In-Messaging App for Android and iOS. However, there's an issue with the configuration that the consulting team set up. They created the Embedded Messaging with a Deployment Type set to WEB.
The problem is that the Android documentation attempts to make a request using an Enum of type Mobile, which causes the entire app to break when trying to request the remote configuration. In contrast, iOS developers have kept the attribute as a string. Here are the relevant documentation links:

To address this, I've created a new Embedded Service Deployment of type Mobile, pointing to the same messaging channel. I've assigned the new configuration settings to the config file, but I'm encountering this error when trying to initiate the chat:

Is there any additional area that requires my attention?

Error while trying a request to a third-party

I'm developing using tht CGC Modeler and I would like to know if it's possible to make a request to a third-party using the offline app, I've tried using Utils.webCallAsync but all the requests fail because of CSP Violations. Is there any way to edit/customize the current CSP?

* All the devices are Android

Screen Flow bug with lookup field on Sf mobile app

I have a screen flow to help users create Orders. On the Account page we call this flow with a URL Button to pre-populate the Account field by passing the Account record ID into a variable, but we also have a ShipToContact lookup field on the same page. This field is not modified by the URL. I have already contacted Salesforce support, but they said they cannot help with even slightly customized solutions.

When the Account is pre-populated it causes a bug for the ShipToContact lookup field, which blocks the screen flow from going to the next steps. The Contact search popup does not go away once the Contact is selected, and you cannot exit it.

The lookup field works normally when the Account is not filled by the URL variable.

Do you have any ideas how this could be resolved?

The users definitely want to have the feature to open an Order from the Account page, and the Screen Flow makes their job a lot easier.

SMIClientUI on iOS

Hello!

I am following the integration guide for implementing the ClientUI for chat on iOS as shown here:

However, once I push the view controller, as soon as I type in to the window, the UI becomes unresponsive. Typing and navigation all fall apart.

My application is a TabBar based UIKit application, and the screen I am pushing this controller from is a UINavigationController within a tab.

Any suggestions for debugging this to find reasons for the 'soft' freeze, so to speak?

Images don't appear in Visualforce Pages on mobile devices

I am retrieving the image via its link to the visualforce page as :

'https:///sfc/servlet.shepherd/version/download/{ContentVersionId}'

It works on desktop but when I open the page from a mobile device via safari or chrome, I don't see the image, could someone please help me to fix it ? Thanks.

Workplans and worksteps in multiple languages

We have used workplans and worksteps to implement safety assessment for field service technician. If technician works on France territory he will be asked question based on France territory. We achieved this using work plan selection rule. Whenever workorder is created automatically workplans and worksteps are added based on territory. But I want him to answer the same question in his native language. Question to be shown in his native language. If we create template based on language having selection rule for territory all the templates are now visible to technician. How to filter based on language in workplan component. So he can answer only question based on his language.

pre-chat background image not showing on Mobile Browsers

Hi there,

I have added an image in the pre-chat additional setting. The image displays on a desktop web browser but it does not display on a mobile browser. The Chatbot window increased because the background image is added but it displays as a blank space on a mobile browser

Has anyone experienced this and was able to resolve this issue?

It has 3 profiles and each profile has some users
1.Profile : Direct Sales User : 10 Users
2.Profile : Indirect Sales User : 4 user
3.Profile : Corporrate Sales User : 50 users

So If I want to convert https://mycommunitysalesuser.com into mobile publisher app
I want only Profile : Direct Sales User to use mobile publisher app
Then how does the salesforce license charges , is it for 10 users or all users of the community ?

We have created a Lightning Quick Action button in a Custom object which calls a Visual force page. This functionality is working on IOS phone as expected but not working on Android. After clicking on button, it is re-directing to the object home page.
