Event Monitoring Analytics App error LightningURIEvent Object

Hi Experts! Need your advice

Currently we're trying to add the LightningURIEvent Object in our Event Monitoring but unfortunately whenver we Run Data Sync (either Incremental or Full Sync), we're encountering an error:

Something went wrong while executing the Sync_LightningUriEvent node: [error category: USER]: MALFORMED_QUERY: ;Id > '0bh000000000000' ORDER BY Id ASC LIMIT 1 OFFSET 249999; ^;ERROR at Row:1:Column:72;field 'Id' can not be sorted in a query call [error category: USER] [error code: 213] (02K7e0000010KJTEA2_03C7e000002mcecEAA)

Error Message

I'm not sure but it seems that this is a Salesforce issue. Thank you!

Hi Karl,

Check similar issue below and try workaround mentioned.

Hi Vinay,

Appreciate your response.

I think I already see this link and it seems it doesn't give us the answer that we are looking for. We're just performing Data Sync for LightningURIEvent and it always give us this error. Thank you!

The error you're encountering while trying to add the LightningURIEvent Object in Event Monitoring is indeed related to Salesforce's query limitations. The error message suggests that you are attempting to sort the 'Id' field in your query, which is not allowed in Salesforce. Salesforce restricts sorting on the 'Id' field for performance reasons because it's an auto-generated unique identifier and doesn't carry any meaningful order. To resolve this issue, you should review and modify your query to exclude any sorting on the 'Id' field. If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Salesforce Support for further assistance as it could be a platform-specific limitation or configuration issue.
