Omnichannel Routing Priority

Omnichannel allows us to set the routing prority for each Routing Configuration. What happens when two routing configurations are set to the same prority? Which one does Omnichannel route first?

I am not able to find any where answer for this .. just wanted to follow this thread to find the answers 

Here are my thoughs .. 
  1. Its may assign to hign agnet capcatity 
  2. Talk to salesforce support team ..
