how to migrate case support settings in service cloud?

Hi Guys,

How to migrate case support settings in service cloud? can we migrate using change set  or force.com IDE or Packages?

Hi,
NO! Thats again a pain. You need to do everything manually in the destination org. There is idea on the same, please vote and encourage others too so that Salesforce incorporates this in their future release. Link to idea - https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=08730000000LhGwAAK

Unfortunately this is one of the components/items that cannot be deployed/migrated. This has to be manually created in the destination org.

Hi,

You can deploy live agent configurations - https://salesforce.stackexchange.com/questions/46350/do-we-need-to-redo-the-settings-if-we-deploy-live-agent-to-production
But you have to manually redo support process. You cannot migrate it.
