Having problems getting the post snapshot to chatter option to show up 

I dont get the pop out when i hover over the component - previous questions asked here refer to the feed tracking options but i have those enabled

Hi Tyrel,
Refering to your dashboard snapshot, you might be using salesforce lightning. 
For me,for the same dashboard in salesforce classic it is working fine but not lightning.
Please find the below snapshots for your reference.

I am having the same problem when I hover over the component in Salesforce Classic, all it allows me to do is "click on it to go to full report", I do not get the option to post snapshot to dashboard feed or group feed.  Any suggestions?
