Community Search Dashboard 2.0 Issue

Hi Team,
I am not able to pull the data for  Top Searches, Most Search Results by Term, Searches with No Results, and  other Search related Analytics from “Community Search Dashboard 2.0” in my Full Sandbox(UAT org).
The data is showing like below. Please help me on this

Was this dashboard returning results earlier? Can you confirm that the report associated with these dashboards have records?

Note from SF: IMPORTANT This dashboard and its reports are available only in communities using the Customer Service template using an uncustomized Search component. Search reports can only run in production environments. Reports show the last 30 days of information because that is the amount of information stored. Metrics are tracked only in the Global Search Results component.
