How to change the user in the scheduled report run

Hello Gurus,

 

I want to schedule a report but when the report runs it should run with a different user.

I  know this functionality is available ...but don't know how to do that

If it is for the report, go to the report.

 

Next to the "Run Report" their is an arrow, click on that and select "Schedule Future Runs"

 

The first field here will let you change the running user.

 

If it is for a dashboard, go to the dashboard.

 

Change the running user in the upper right hand corner of the dashboard.

of course, do these steps in Classic UI . LE does not support scheduling reports.
