Salesforce Customization

                     i wanted to prepare a salesforce customization demo. so what should i need to include in that customization?

Generally, the most important reason you would build any demo is to convey a strong and clear message to a particular audience. So I would say ask yourself the following questions:

 

1. Who is your audience

2. What are you trying to convey to your audience

3. What do you want to achieve by conveying that message to your audience

4. What is your skill level and how much time/effort you are willing to invest in building the demo.

 

I would start there.

You need to include most of the functionalities that are expected by your client. Refer client requirement document.
