Automate to schedule the report data to a FTP location.

We have a to automate one of the data extract report which is being done manually by the user. 

we are looking for is to schedule the report and send the extract as a delimited file to a pre-defined FTP location and/or email address

 

How to implement it in salesforce.

could any body can suggest it.

The sample code will really do a great help.

I don't think it is straight forward to schedule and send the report extract to an FTP directly from salesforce :(

But you can certainly schedule a report to run at a specified time and email it to users, whichever need to recieve it!

This can be done from the Report settings itself.

Take a look at Skyvia (https://skyvia.com/data-integration/integrate-salesforce-ftp). With help of it, you can easily make scheduled import of your files to a pre-defined FTP location.
