Auto execution based on Opportunity Stage Maturity

Hi to All and thank you in advance,

 

I am quite new to SF and one of the tasks i have is to auto-email a sales rep when an oppurtunity that belongs to him/her stays on the same stage more than 30 days. Any Ideas where to start?
