Is it possible to integrate my web app to Salesforce1 Mobile?

I've read through the SF1 app developer guide, but I still don't know if I can intergrate my web app to SF1...

My app is not running on Heroku, It has used 'https'.

Anyone could please help me?

Much depends on what you mean by integrate.  You could have a Visualforce page tab in SF1 that simply pulls in your web app via an iframe, or it might be much more complicated than that.
