Abilash Kosigi 8 Creation of List view in Salesforce console
Can we create a new list view from Salesforce console? I am able to create the view for Case object in my app in DEV edition. However, the sfdc documentation say as below.
List View - A list display of records based on specific criteria. The list views you can select to display in the console are the same list views defined on the selected object’s tab. You cannot create a list view from the console.
Pleast let me know the correct answer.

You can create a list view on console (Service cloud console).
You cannot create list view in Console tab i.e. Customize > Agent Console > Console Layouts. This is basically the Console tab. In the console tab you cannot create the list view, you will be able to see the existing list views.
You can create a console tab and check this.
