Call logs not getting stored in Salesforce Professional Edition Org.
We are attempting to integrate Knowlarity (third party tool for CTI Integration) with Prof. Edition Salesforce org. In this Org., we created custom object called "Call Logs" to store all call details. We provided a Web Services Description Language (WSDL) based XML file to Knowlarity in order to connect with the Salesforce Org. The issue is that though the Knowlarity team is sending the call logs but the same are not getting stored in Salesforce Org. Please advise on solution.
