Hi, fairly new to Trailhead and trying to go through the modules. I've hit a snag where one of the modules requires me to create a new trailhead playground. Unfortunately, when I go to the dropdown menu in the hands on portion of a module, it shows me the options but doesnt allow me to click on Create A Trailhead Playground. It displays all the options but I can only go to the original hands on org that I've been previously using. Does anyone know a fix to this? Thank You

I have created a summary report named "Cases by Status" and included Case Owner and Account Name fields as columns. But still I am getting an error saying...
Challenge not yet complete... here's what's wrong:  The 'Cases by Status' report does not include the Owner and Account Name columns. Where am I going wrong?
