I get the error message that the " Top Volunteer Organizations" chart does not exist or does not have the right title assigned.

I am using Google Chrome and due to company policy I cannot install any third party extension tools on Chrome to screenshot. Is there a simple way I can capture the error message and post here? Thanks!

I have two questions for this step. First I am trying to enter some data into the Volunteer Activities table so I can build reports on it. (Noticed in Lightning when there is no data, the chart cannot be made.) Here is what frustrated me most. When I enter New Activities from the Account page I always get an error message that the "Value does not exist or does not match with filter criteria" even though I already change the Account to " accept activities." Can you help? 




 

I am working on the Step 4-- building reports for the App Customization Specialist Superbadge and I noticed my report has no data in it. I make sure the create date is all time and show all users. Did I do something wrong? Please help!

I got this message for the Shift Hours field which I thought would be a simple fomula (Shift_End_Time__c  -  Shift_Start_Time__c). The Return field is Number.

"The 'Shift Hours' field on the 'Volunteer Shift' record is not working as expected."
What did I wrong?

Hi can someone please help me how to solve the problem? I was at step two and keep getting the error message that "The 'Volunteer Organization' field's filter is not configured correctly." This is what I did, I created the master detail data type for Volunteer Organization on the Volunteer Activity table with the lookup filter that  Volunteer Organization Status=Accepting Activities. What I did wrong? Please help!

I cannot see the palette or canvas on my screen after I click the New Flow in the Set Up. Can someone please help me out? Thanks!
