Could you please let us know if we can Chat between Comminity Users and Normal Salesforce Users. Please also suggest a method to achieve this.

I am a student ..I am thinking of developing for salesforce chatter , simple live chat ...& if possible real-time audio/video  chat ...in such a way that customers when they log in to desktop as well as mobile(salesforce 1 app) ,they can use this chat functionality.....  Where should i start for developing this?...i saw integration of chat into salesforce using GoInstant 's  (GoInstant has been acquired by salesforce.com)  through WebRTC funtionality...but GoInstant has stopped signing up for this...

One paid app for salesforce is similar to this idea ,its name is BlueJeans...so that means such apps for salesforce are possible ..i dont need to develop such big ones like bluejeans... I just want to develop a simple real time chat where atleast 3 people can text-chat/audio-chat/video-chat in real time ,it would be very useful to me...

Can anyone please guide me??What are the different ways?

Also does chatter provide any such above functionality directly, & if so,how can we access it?

Also please tell me if there is any screen sharing functionality in salesforce itself or how to develop it if its not there?
