My opportunity names come in the following format:

FirstName LastName - DesiredProduct - 2017-10-19 18:21:55

I'd like to parse out the date/time from this and place date and time in separate fields.  Is that possible?  If so, how?

I'm doing the simple lightning components challenge and have hit this problem in my existing trailhead org and a brand new dev org that I've just created:
