I am new to sfdc
I am Practicing in Developer Edition
i have one requiremnt i wolud like to import data which in the format of PDF File
Is it possible to import data to sfdc for custom object & Data is more than 40000 records
Plse Share , How many ways we import / Upload in sfdc

 

I need to be able to make a contract based off an "Opportunity"; preferably I would open an existing "Opportunity" and have a button or link to create a contract from the existing information.  The Opportunity and the Contract would be Linked to/by  an Account.  The "Opportunity" has several custom fields that I need to carry over to the "Contract".
After speaking to support at Salesforce they directed me to this site, and suggest that I would need to make a custom S-Control, after searching the forums I was unable to find a solution.  I am hoping that someone here has the knowledge on how to accomplish this.  Thank in advance for your time and help.
