i am facing this problem from last 15 days . may it is very simple problem but i don't know how to resolve this.

i can not open the full screen when i click "customize" in reports . i have good net speed . rest all is ok but only this 

particular  page is not opening and this is happening for all reports (when i want to customize them , salesforce is not opening the full screen rather it is opening blue color screen only ). when i reload this page 5-10 times then i may open. what is the problem ?????

Im trying to import the RecruitingApp-5_0.zip into developer edition according the fundamental guide and everytime Im getting the error message

Error: "Name column must be mapped when importing by Name"

Ive followed all the steps as mentioned in the guide.

Please advise on how I can import the "Positions".CSV file into Custom object.
