Automation of Report Extraction

Hi all, I need to extract reports from salesforce to a folder/FTP server and I need to automate the process to run everyday. Can some one give me some Ideas on this.?

Workflow Rule not firing on time

hi,

 

I have created one time based workflow which causes one field update. but the WF fires 10-15 min past its scheduled time.

 

Is there a way to correct it..?
