Hello- I am trying to add streetlight locations to our database, there are 2100 of them, too much to manually load. is there a way to upload without manually entering them?

My non-profit is using Salesforce for non-profit.  We currently use GiftWorks for our fundraising/donation management. I would like to explore the opportunity of using strictly Salesforce for our operations/fundraising/donation management.  I imagine we will need a developer to setup Salesforce for importing GiftWorks...setting up objects, etc.  

Does anyone know where I can find a list of reputable Salesforce developers?
