Is it possible to have a picklist with multiple values in it that each value will create an approval to be sent out based on the individual value?  It not what would be the best way to accomplish this?

 I had a formula field in contact of text return type which returns text in the format "salesforce.com" i am getting the result with hyperlink , i want to remove the hyperlink , can any one help?
