Need help on visual flow.

I created an automated visual flow that fires through process builder. The flow creates a new record or get the existing record and attached it to case. The record is from a custom object which will be the parent of the case record and the process builder is being triggered on case object.

It works fine, but not on mass update or mass insert, when I do mass update or mass insert, it creates or get the existing record but it attached it only to one case not on all the cases I updated or inserted, I am suspecting that it only updates the last case record on loop.. Any ideas on this?

Because I can't use a roll up summary field how would I get the Sum of Opportunities FIeld Amount on to a Custom Object?
