Hi All,

I have done the following steps in order to complete the challenge https://trailhead.salesforce.com/identity_login/identity_login_2fa

• Created a new org
• created a new user,
• Created a permission set as per the requirement
• Assigned the permission set to the user
• Installed Salesforce Authenticator app in my mobile
• Added the account in the Salesforce Authenticator app

But not receiving any code in the app while trying to login in Desktop. Hence, not able to login using two-factor authentication. 

Any help would be appreciated.

But in partners account, it is showing 0:


Can anyone please tell where to check for this issue?
