Error Step 5 when trying to create unmanaged package v. 1.0 in Trailhead Unlocked Packages for customers/build your first unlocked package

Create the package version - Step 5
Error Attempt to create unlocked pkg step 5
Following Error:
ERROR:  An unexpected error occurred. Please contact Salesforce Support and provide the following error code: 1394095453-59495 (-1373703285).

Anyone know what this is?
DevHub set up; Packaging2 Beta enabled in DevHub; and I have an active GitHub account.

Build a Battle Station App unit Add business logic can't find validation rule preventsverification error

I have copied the formula and it still doesn't work. I have emptied browsers cache, closed browser, and reloaded. Not sure what more to do.

Issue: Unable to install Salesforce Adoption Dashboards:

Unable to complete the Challenge. Here's what's wrong:  I guess there is broken link to install Salesforce Adoption Dashboards package. Was able to complete task in developer acc however Trialhead cant check developer accout. Is there any work around for this?

Could anybody please assist here?

Trouble finishing the Trailhead Challenge on Build a Battle Station App- Add Business Logic

Adding a Utilization Validation Rule and followed all the steps and checked applied the challenge on the App and it works fine without any error. But my problem is that when i click Verify Steps i get following error message because of which I am not able to complete my challenge and proceed further. Thank you in advance!
