We have 3 record types and one close record type.So when ever closed case reopens we need to change to previous record type in those 3 record types. Please hep me?
1) Can we assign this Task to Queue or Public Group as we are able to assign it to user?
2) Can user who is assigning the task can also get any notification or can be able to see that task Atleast Status Updates?
3)  How can i assignt hat Log a Call task to Multiple Users at a time?
