My org seems to be 'hanging' after the create PDF click....see below.

Challenge is not completing with an error message of:  Could not find a completed Service Appointment with the Description of 'Drill'
I can see the completed SA with the required description. Any assistance appreciated.  MT

Getting as far as clicking on 'open in quip' button....choosing the 'sign in with salesforce' option takes me to our employee login page (wrong login for trailhead playground). Have tried with private/incognito windows and in different browsers. Any tips on how I get quip working in my playground?

Getting the following error message:  Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:

Have followed other suggestions found here but to no avail.....any tips please?
