Issue with Cloud Flow Designer

I cannot see the palette or canvas on my screen after I click the New Flow in the Set Up. Can someone please help me out? Thanks!

Having issue to download Data Loader for Window

I tried to download data loader for Window and I had Admin right for my computer. After I saved the file and launched the data loader, I got error message that the application needs to be run in Java based environment. Any one has any idea what I should do next to make the Data Loader work? Thanks!
