When I am clicking on Survey link I received this error : "Some error occured while saving response". so, any Idea for that?

In case object fetching Account based on Contact name. for ex. I have search test contact in Case object so, this test contact Account name automatically pull on Accont name  field in Case . but now I don't need to fetch particular 1 Account name(for ex ABC School- only this school should not be fetched) . so, how to write Apex class for that?? 

I have a 1 Trigger and Apex class on Case object but I can't edit this Trigger and Apex class so, whts the problem??
