We tried the Lead Capture app from the AppExchange but it's not working well. Support said it's a non supported package and asked us to ask for help on the Trailhead. But any Question we put is not published and if trying to put a comment on it we get the message:

Something went wrong. Refresh the page and try again.
Close

Why is that happening? What do we need to do to get our Questions published and get help?

We installed the Lead Capture app in our brand new Salesforce Professional edition and tried 2 different Facebook accounts with different FB pages and new lead forms, and got the same results, no fields to map. Grayed out section and no option to save the Lead Capture task.
 
We followed the Implementation guide steps allowing all authorized users and adding the app to the admin user working on it.  Then we installed the Lead Capture app in a Salesforce Developer edition and it worked well, with both Facebook accounts we are getting the fields to map coming up and the task can be saved.  It seems an issue on the Salesforce Professional edition after seeing the app working on the Salesforce Developer edition. 
 
We noticed that the Implementation guide available in the AppExchange is from 2018 and says the app is compatible with Salesforce Professional edition and up, but the User guide, also in the AppExchange is from 2017 and it says that the app is compatible with Salesforce Enterprise edition and up. 
 
Can it be that the Lead Capture doesn't work in Salesforce Professional edition out of the box? Maybe we need to have the API enabled in our side for it to work? Or any idea if we are missing something here?

Need your help for the below .
I am trying to create an external data source to connect with the Google Drive. However i am not able to get the Type as : Files Connect: Google Drive  .  Although i have already enable the file connecton setting.
Please do let me know how this option will be available in the dropdown list.
