CONSULTANT - SHORT TERM

We are a Colorado based provider of Ground Transportation and Executive Protection Services. We are seeking an experienced SalesForce Admin to assist us in setting up our new SalesForce account.

We are looking for a consultant to work with our CFAO and CITO to establish the necessary accounts, access, profiles, automation, approval cue, sales metrics reporting, etc. to ensure that our SF account is ready and turn key.

We have 3 SF seats (C-Level seat, Outside Sales, Inside Sales) that need to be accurately setup.

$50 - $60 per hour. Must be available immediately.

We're looking for someone to help us migrate our CRM and Ticketing System/KB system to Salesforce.  

We currently run fat free CRM (open source CRM) and Kayako Support Suite.

We've gotten setup on sales force, but are running into road blocks, and salesforce support is a bit rough.  The biggest issues so far are around how ticketing works, KB articles, chat, etc.

I have been doing trailhead modules and challenges.  I am hoping I could sit one of the certification tests one day.
It is hard to keep motivated - will there be a job at the end of this???? 
I am based in Melbourne Australia and have many years ERP programming experience.  Thank you.

Has anyone completed this trail? I am stomped on challenge number 3, regarding created the process for fulfillment. Any pointers or guidance would be appreciated.
