I have to set up a case page layout - in the layout I need to display a list of cases that are related to that case by some predefined criteria. Is there any way to do this in salesforce?
Is it possible somehow to lock object when it is opened. Im working with cases and when user opens a case another user must not open it and change it at the same time. Is there any concurrency mechanic in Salesforce?
I need to identify cases that have particular status and make them distinct from other cases (red text or read background based on status). Is there any way to customize the view-grid of cases?
