Has anyone used the SSP Home Page as a jumping off point to other areas of their site?

We have Professional Edition and want to leverage the un/pw management capabilities, Case logging and also direct our Self Service Users to other support areas of our site.

I suppose we could use links in the welcome message, but I'd like to hear from anyone who has a different take on this.

Thanks in advance.

We are using the Self Service Portal to allow Contacts to log, revise and view Cases. There may be multiple Contacts from the same Account and we would like all the Cases displayed for the Account, regardless of which Contact in the Account logged in the Case.

Any suggestions??

We are seeking to increase our developer resources and am seeking those who have passed the certification exam or have the ability to do so.  Likewise we are also seeking to bring on one new certified consultant who has passed the consultant certification exam.

We're looking for experienced Salesforce consultants who are familiar with the benefits and limitations of SFDC to help implement an exciting application.

What we're offering:

A proven, revenue-generating product
Consulting / Implementation opportunities and income
Additional commission-based income as long as you service the account

What we need from you:

4+ years experience in tech implementation

2+ years experience configuring Salesforce.com
2+ years Salesforce.com project management
Ability to work with limited supervision
Willingness to provide early feedback on the product in the form of focus groups and questionnaires
Willingness to do commission-based work (in addition to the implementation fees you will earn)
Bonus: Strong relationships with Salesforce.com users.  They'll love this product, and you'll earn income faster.

Initially we're looking for people located in the Bay Area as we'd like to meet you in person and have you participate in a few focus groups.  Within a month or two, we'll have implementation opportunities around the country.  If you're interested and qualified, please send us your resume at SFTechOps@gmail.com.
