Role Description – Force.com and Eloqua Developer and Technical Architect: 

The Technical Architect is the technical lead on a project who can work with the business analyst to design and implement the required solution based on the customer’s requirements and environment. A hands-on role, the technical architect will perform the following: 

- Understand customer’s business requirements and technical environment to design the best solution for their needs 
- Perform custom development in salesforce.com (force.com, Apex, visualforce, Flex, S-controls), integration with other enterprise applications and salesforce.com ecosystem applications (such as castiron, eloqua, vertical response, pervasive, jaspersoft, etc…) 
- Familiarity with Eloqua API 
- Perform data migration and/or integration 
- Perform quality assurance on deliverables and work products 

Position requirements: 
- Hands on experience with force.com, preferably in an enterprise deployment 
- Energetic, enthusiastic and professional attitude 
- Functional and technical knowledge of salesforce.com and related ecosystem partners 
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP. 
- Experience with Enterprise Integration and ETL tools. 
- Experience deploying web based and enterprise systems using industry standard environments including XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, and ASP. 
- Ability to succeed in a fast pace, ambiguous environment 
- Ability to deliver to budget and committed dates 
- Netsuite, ACT, scribe, pervasive, cast-iron, eloqua, xactly, crystal reports, jaspersoft, peachtree, and/or interweave all a plus 
- Professional services experience is a plus 
- Ability to travel (approx. 25%) 
- B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience.

Role Description - Principal Consultant:
The Principal Consultant is a “player/coach” who will take ownership of projects and perform a dual role of project manager and business analyst.  A hands-on role, the principal consultant will coordinate and participate in:
-  Full ownership of project, including: project plan, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction
-  CRM Business Process Reviews for requirements
-  salesforce.com (and salesforce.com ecosystem) application configuration
-  Manage functional and technical resources for configuration, data migration and custom development (or even perform themselves where possible)
-  Conduct user acceptance testing and training
-  Perform project manager responsibilities
-  Perform quality assurance on deliverables and work products
-  This role is ultimately responsible for delivery of work and client satisfaction.

Position requirements:
-  Previous experience managing CRM deployments is a MUST
-  Functional and technical knowledge of salesforce.com and related ecosystem partners strongly preferred
-  Energetic, enthusiastic and professional attitude
-  Strong customer interaction and presentation skills
-  Ability to succeed in a fast pace, ambiguous environment
-  Track record of delivering projects
-  Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
-  Professional services experience with a Big 4, other salesforce.com consulting partner or CRM vendor is a plus
-  Ability to travel (approx. 25%)

Force.com Developer
The force.com Developer will work with a project manager or business analyst to design andimplement the best possible solutions based on the customer’s requirements andenvironment. A hands-on role, the developer will perform the following:

 

  • Understand customer’s business requirements andtechnical environment to design the best solution for their needs
  • Capable of recommending alternative solutionchoices, determining trade-offs and impact analysis
  • Perform custom development
  • Design for and perform system integrations
  • Perform quality assurance on deliverables andwork products
  • Quickly learn unknown technologies and determine how to make them work with SFDC

 

 

     Position requirements:

 

  • Knowledge of force.com and salesforce.comdevelopment tools (REQUIRED)
  • Solid web services experience withJ2EE andXML.  SOAP, WSDL, and Web Application Servers highly preferred
  • Knowledge of SOA approach and patterns
  • Skilled with data modeling and process modeling
  • Experience with enterprise integration
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and professionalattitude
  • Ability to succeed in a fast pace, ambiguousenvironment
