I need to create a managed package but my application is being developed in enterprise edition. I came to know that we can't create managed package in this edition so for that i need to migrate my application to developer edition. I am using Force.com IDE--> Deploy to server option for this. While deploying , I am getting error -
# Deploy Results: File Name: package.xml Full Name: package.xml Action: NO ACTION Result: FAILED Problem: Bad manifest file:Invalid byte 2 of 3-byte UTF-8 sequence.
File Name: package.xml Full Name: package.xml Action: NO ACTION Result: FAILED Problem: No package.xml found
Please help me in resolving this issue ASAP as my work has got stuck because of this problem.
