when I click on any tab it asks me for authorization. Can this group help me to access this public site?

I have created 1 public site using site feature of salesforce. I have allowed access to tabs like Account and Contacts. Tabs are visible on the public site. But when I click on the tab it asks me to login. Can anyone  help me to access these tabs publicly?

Number_of_Applications__c  >  PRIORVALUE( Number_of_Applications__c )

Function PRIORVALUE may not be used in this type of formula

New button missing on Trigger screen for Accounts under customize under App Setup. Also the trigger created in Force IDE is not editable from salesforce.com web site. Can someone help me on this?
