Hi

Below is the screenshot which shows batch job getting failed. It specifies the Id with it but to reason is specified with it. This job is scheduled to run hourly and the issue is occurying only in few runs and that too is not consistently happening on same time.
Please let me know if anybody else has faced this.

Is there any API to fetch field level security of an Object specific to particular user?

Can we insert an record in AccountShare Object with an reference to inactive user.?

If i am logged in with an user and i don't properly logout(close the window by clicking the right top corner close button), on my next login to that user few of the access rights are missing. Now if I properly logout from that user by clicking the logout button, on my next login i see the assigned access rights.

I am not able to view "work with portal" button with a user having custom profile. But this functionality is working with another profile(customer portal profile). "Work with portal" buttons are available on contact page layout and both profiles have the same contact page layout assigned to them. I would like to know which setting I am missing between this 2 profiles
