We are a Salesforce.com registered parnter consultant and are looking for a certified, experienced SFDC Consultant to help with new upcoming projects (Admin cert considered). This position is contract-to-hire and will be on-site at our office in South San Francisco. Unless you are considering relocation, remote applicants will not be considered.

Job responsibilities include:

• Discovering, documenting, and analyzing key client organizational processes
• Effectively planning and documenting project phases, and manage ongoing development of functional specifications through discovery, implementation, testing, deployment, and training
• Analyzing and migrating existing client data from various platforms: Mainly from SQL --> Salesforce
• Designing and implementing customized CRM databases, both independently and within teams
• Provide training and ongoing support for customers: report building, data quality, new integrations, etc
• Maintain a working knowledge of platform innovations, third party integrations, solutions design, and process methodology
• Effectively manage client expectations to ensure that projects are on time and on budget

Employee Type: Contractor with potential for full-time
Compensation: Hourly DOE
