So I after logging into the partner portal, I created partner development test org, however that org has same limits as the regular developer account: 2 sysadmin licenses and 5MB of data. Is this normal or am I not creating partner dev org properly?

I applied for ISV partnership several weeks ago and still have not gotten my partner login. Is this normal?

All of our workflows do not actually contain any screens, just logic and we would like to execute them from inside an apex trigger. Is this possible?

I have some complicated logic I'd like to represent with VPM. When the status__c of the object changes, I'd like the trigger to do the VPM - analyze the situation, send email notification to various people, and mark that they've been notified.

There would be no human interaction. {I haven't checked to see if it's possible to write a flow w/o user I/O.}
