I know..it's horrible..what if we're still running Outlook 2000?
Is there any way we can sync with Salesforce?
When my colleague syncs Outlook with SFDC, the "Out of Office" times on SFDC transfer to Outlook only as "Busy" not "Out of Office". Is there any way to fix this? Does anyone else have this issue?
Is there a way to associate a Lead with an Account? Just like it's possible with an opportunity by setting the field AccountId to ID of the Account.
